COMPLETELY BRICKED NEED BIOS!!!

My Medion Erazer BEAST X25-MD 62307 is completely bricked!

the BIOS stopped popping up a while back but the laptop still booted to windows, got new RAM and paste today, put it in and now laptop wont even show a light to say that it's charging, when I reset the CMOS and put everything back together the keyboard lights up and nothing else, it stays like this for 2 minutes then turns off, as I understand, the BIOS chip is dead and I need to flash the BIOS chip using a flasher and the BIN file, please help!!!
laptop was under warranty but the company that sold it to me are closed down!
