BIOS UPDATE - B550A4-EM

Hello everyone,

I am seeking assistance to update the BIOS on my MEDION system. Below are all the important details about my hardware and current BIOS version to help identify the correct update:

- BIOS Version and Date: 550A4WOX.214 (08/31/2021)
- Motherboard Serial Number: MH9311G13800476
- BaseBoard Manufacturer: MEDION
- BaseBoard Model Number: B550A4-EM
- BaseBoard Version Number: 1.0

When I recently load Call of Duty on this PC, it notifies me that my BIOS is out of date and states that updating the BIOS is mandatory in order to continue playing the game.

I have been unable to find a reliable BIOS update for this setup from the official MEDION website or other sources. I would appreciate any help pointing me towards the correct BIOS update or instructions on how to safely update this motherboard.

Hi,

we do need the MSN  8 digit number of your PC. If you manage also, the MSN of your motherboard.

It's printed on a small white label on the  motherboard.

But I am afraid the Bios version 550A4WOX.214 (08/31/2021)is the latest.

This is INSANE! I also have this problem! TPM 2.0 is activated as well as secure boot. My boot disk is set to GPT and the Bios is UEFI but i too will not be able to play the new Call of Duty when it releases on friday.

This is a really huge rip-off from you Medion guys. Put pressure on American Megatrends to release a new, working Bios update! This will RUIN MY LIFE!

JUST FIX IT! I have spent hour after hour trying to find a solution but nothing helps. I´ve just spent a great deal of money on a game this crappy "gaming computer" can´t run.

First of all welcome to the community.

Can you tell me which TMP 2.0 version you currently have?
You can find the information as follows: 

1. Open run(Win+R) command and type in ''tpm.msc''.
2. It will show the TPM management console with the version listed under Specification version
