I bought my computer nine months ago and it was working fine. A few days ago, I started experiencing issues with the graphics card. The Intel graphics card was fine, but these issues started when I started games and switched to the Nvidia graphics card. Purple lines appear on the screen. Sometimes, the screen goes black and resets itself.

Hello @Adnan and welcome, Hoş geldin
Have you tried replacing the drivers?
You can reinstall the Nvidia graphics drivers after uninstalling the old ones. This is the only way to fix the problem (maybe).
You can find the drivers on drive D/recover/driver.
Otherwise, I assume it's a hardware error. In that case, you'll have to contact Medion Service under warranty to find out what to do next.
