I applied to the service center under warranty due to problems with my laptop's graphics card, processor, and BIOS, but they didn't offer a proper solution. Currently, the graphics card issues seem resolved, but the boost menu has been reduced from three options to two, and the game booster option is disabled. Also, the light on the boost button next to the power button is not working after the service. My processor continues to overheat, and regarding the BIOS, for the past month I've been receiving warnings about BIOS updates for 14th generation Intel processors in the applications and games I use, but there's no BIOS update available on the official Medion website. I reported these issues via email, but I haven't received a response. What should I do?
