Service contact form not working

I'm trying to submit a support form via the contact support page - all the fields are filled in, no errors are flagged, but when I click 'send', it does nothing, just goes back to the top of the form?

If you are in the UK please email direct on service-uk@medion.com if you are in another country just change the country prefix fr, be, es, pt, ch,

And if one is in Finland? The finnish site doesn't even allow logging in with the service account. There is no way to create any service request.
