Service contact form not working

I'm trying to submit a support form via the contact support page - all the fields are filled in, no errors are flagged, but when I click 'send', it does nothing, just goes back to the top of the form?

If you are in the UK please email direct on service-uk@medion.com if you are in another country just change the country prefix fr, be, es, pt, ch,
