Answer
If the device does not pump out water, the drain filter may be clogged. The water then remains inside the device and no longer drains.
The first thing to do is to remove the pump filter. Then clean it under running water. If a clogged pump filter can be ruled out, the appliance should be pulled forward a bit and checked to make sure that the drain hose is not kinked / crushed or below the water level of the drum.
If the washer dryer still does not work, a check by a service technician is required.
