Some devices have a pause function that is controlled by the associated remote control, e.g. in TV, receivers, media players, etc. Please check if pause has been activated, and if it has, you can deactivate it by simply pressing this pause button on the remote again. You will find more information on the remotes functions in the devices user manual. Maybe the signal or the stream is interrupted or the player (DVD player, etc.) has hung up and delivers a still image. Restart the playback or the player. If you still see a still image then try another player on your product and check if you get the same issue.
