Why is an incorrect end time displayed for the sleep curve of the last night?
The value displayed in the app is not the time of waking up, but the total sleep time.
How does the wristband trigger the camera?
First open the menu at the top left of the app and select Use camera function. Then press and hold the Smartband screen to take a photo.
What is the significance of the loss function?
As soon as the signal becomes weak or stops completely, this is signalled by the tape and / or mobile phone.
What is the function of the hand lift sensor?
As soon as the arm is raised or moved, the display switches on. The raise hand function can be configured via the arm menu icon.

What does the runner menu symbol on the MEDION fitness wristband mean?
Independently of the app, a run or activity can be started that is to be tracked via the watch.

The night mode can be activated or deactivated via the Arm menu.
⚠️Note⚠️ This activates / deactivates sleep tracking. When sleep tracking is deactivated, the smartband is muted for incoming messages.
How can I set the time and date?
The time and date are set automatically once the wristband has been successfully paired with a smartphone with the MEDION Fitness app (or Veryfit Pro app) installed. Manual setting is not possible.
