I cannot see the ports for it on the back.

No- If there are  no ports for connectimg a water cooling unit, it can not be watercooled. Quite  logical.

Hello @leonjosland and welcome.
The Beast X40 and the Beast 16x1 Ultimate have water cooling ports. The Beast 18x1 does not.
