Erazer P60 RAM Upgrade

Hello I am having issues finding RAM that would be compatible with my P60 that I bought from here.

Anyone upgraded theirs and have a place I could buy the RAM? I should be able to install it no problem.

I want to upgrade to 32GB. Thanks

Hello @pseudoSD  and welcome
you can use any ram that meets the specifications:
DDR4 SO-DIMM (PC4-25600/ 3200 MHz)
For example: https://www.speicher.de/arbeitsspeicher-16gb-ddr4-medion-erazer-deputy-p60-ram-so-dimm-sp515232.html...
or you can ask where you bought the laptop yourself, they also have RAM:

Hi @pseudoSD ,

could you tell us, if you have an update on your RAM topic?

Cheers

I just upgraded mine to 64GB. A simple process that takes DDR4 3200MHz laptop RAM. Just search for it, and pick one from Amazon, or ebay. Enjoy.

Hello @Penfold89
DeputyP60 / MD62705
If I understand correctly, you have a barebones Clevo NP50RNE1 device.
You can find the service manual here:

Hi,

I bought this Medion notebook-PC few weeks ago, Deputy P60i MD62669 / NP50RND / MSN = 30038061.

I would like to upgrade the RAM from 16 Gb to more (24 Gb or 32 Gb).

Does it worth to upgrade from 2x8 Gb (16 Gb) to 16+8 Gb (24 Gb) ? Does the lose of performance due to dual channel (2x8 Gb) worth the upgrade of RAM (24 Gb) ? Is it quantified ?

Best regards, Thomas.
