Disassembly of MEDION Erazer X7847

Hi all,

I have a HDD and RAM upgrade planned for my Erazer X7847 however I could not find any documentation or diagrams explaining how to do so. I have been directed towards the MEDION service portal from the Q&A of Argos. I was told that there was about 19 screws on the back to unscrew and then I could get at the HDD and RAM. I would like some sort of diagram/tutorial before disassembling my laptop.

The best I could find is the user manual on the Medion support site. It does show the screw layout on the base of your unit. https://www.medion.com/gb/service/_lightbox/handbuch_details.php?did=16170

If you are not sure or confident in upgrading your unit, then I would recommend taking it to an approved engineer such as a local PC repair shop.
