MD 44238 Boom Box

My (Aldi) MD 44238 was fine for a month. Now, when I switch to the radio, the volume diminishes considerably, and it cannot be turned up by any means. The CD, Cassette, USB, SD and Bluetooth are all working fine with the volume knob.

Hi @PanPanPan

as the volume works with other features this leads me to think it is something to do with the radio settings,

do you have the MSN number to fully identify the unit and see if there is a reset or update procedure.

thanks

Hi There,

Yes I purchased the unit in Australia, at Aldi.

Hi There,

I am still having the same issue. The volume diminishes when switched to radio, but it is fine in any other mode.

Cheers,

Nick.

H Medion,  my  80s Boombox radio has lost use of the speakers aswell, whereas the other features still work. Is there a conclusion found of how to fix this please?
