I want to buy a replacement keyboard for my Medion Erazer x15807 MD61597. Although, there are not common dispatchers that deliver keyboard of same model. Any Source will be appreciated. Also, i want to know which other keyboards models of medion are compatible with my model like from deputy or beast series so that i can look for more discounted prices. With due respects, i updated my BIOS a couple of weeks ago. Everything was going smooth until i installed control center. I randomly opened Control Center and it got lagged. When i re-opened it, it messed with my EC firmware and now i am unable to charge my battery. I checked everything using multimeter and everything was within range of voltage for battery. I re-installed OS but still i could not eradicate control centre effects. I double-checked SMBus section and it reported some bugs. I tried re-flashing BIOS using your provided text document but now its not updating saying your up-tp-date. I used American Megatrends setup utility for UEFI shell but its not able to open the file because .rom file your support team provided is encrypted. i just want to flash EC firmware and thats last solution. The point is everything regarding battery gets normal when i shut down my laptop and then turn it on plugged in. Only then it shows the correct charge of battery and i utilize the battery properly, gives me at least 2 hours backup. But i have been facing this issue since i updated bios. At first, this problem was not intriguing at all but now it is showing up every time i try to on the laptop.

Hey, i successfully updated BIOS verison but unfortunately after using it for months, i have encountered several issues such as showing low battery light although laptop is fully charged. This issue persists when i try to turn on laptop on battery. Also, problems that i described earlier were not solved. Can you guide me about how can i revert back to the original version that i mentioned above, N.1.52 Just tell me how can i install it if i have to. Thanks

Well, i have been noticing some power management issues with my keyboard for a very long time, some lights of keys of keyboard gets on whenever i plug in the laptop. But now, it has come to the situation that i cannot use my keyboard with the RGB lights on. Windows also do shows device descriptor Request failed for the port, means windows are disabling it due to improper behaviour from keyboard. Also, i cannot control my keyboard using control centre. Secondly, it takes too much time to boot up and get to the home screen of windows. Whenever i press power button, for the 10 seconds, there is no response and after that, erazer logo shows up on laptop, which is clearly outdated BIOS. Kindly do help me.
