Turbo button no longer working, and FN keys for br...

Hi, I've recently got the medion control centre installed but now the physical turbo button no longer cycles between modes (I can change this manually in the control centre). Also the FN keys for brightness no longer control the brightness of the display.   Any advice? Which drivers might be playing up?
