hello @i3reathless , no the msn number is not the MD number. but that's enough. Your MD number should therefore be 62525. I would now try uninstalling and reinstalling Control Center. Install the control center service and also the control center app. You can find this here: https://www1.medion.de/downloads/?lang=uk if you enter the number 62525 under MD/LT.
