Hi @tinahplays this may be caused by a Windows update please try the below steps and if this does not work please contact your local Medion service centre MEDION service Go to Nvidia site and download latest driver (keep) Go to device manager > Display Adaptors (right click) > Tick box attempt the uninstall > then uninstall Go back to device manager and Microsoft Display drivers will show Go online and Intel site will have "Intel ARC centre" and download driver for their laptop (it will search automatically) Then download Nvidia driver you already have Restart unit Thanks
