hi @shaman101 Please find a link to a generic manual of the MEDION ERAZER X7830 (MD 99454) the unit as explained is from 2014 so a service manual maybe difficult to find. If your unit has no drives installed then it will only boot to BIOS, also it originally came with Windows 8 so please check the compatibility of the Windows version you have been trying to boot from USB.
