Hi @Luke  Thank you for translating that for me. I have now set up an account with Airable.   I have managed to solve the problem. My new fibre router (TP Link EX230V) was blocking some websites (but not others), and was also blocking my Internet radios from reaching out to Airable. Constant 'Network error' message. My new router was somehow stuck in a loop. Eventually my ISP factory-reset and flashed the new router, and - hey presto - my Medion radio suddenly displayed an access code that I could enter on Airable website.   Everything now appears to be working properly again 🤞  which I am really happy to see.
