I see that it’s using the integrated graphics but I do not want it to do that I want it to use the dedicated gpu , is there a way to change this? In the nvidia control panel it dosent show the display settings and I want it to do that so I can change some certain things. Thank you.

So I have a crawler e30 and the problem is that (md62547) when I try to change my refresh rate to 144hz, it doesn't let me even though I have a 144hz laptop. (The only option is 60hz and I can change it but the only option is 60hz) Can anyone help me or maybe correct me if I am wrong? I see that a crawler e30 has a 144hz screen? Am I wrong?

I see people having a setup.exe file but I don't see that. I'm having trouble trying to install my wifi drivers. I really want to get back playing games so can someone please explain how to actually do this. Hey do you go onto another computer and you download it onto a drive and then what you do? Also I don’t have things like nvidia or the sound thing and the LED installed, ik some of them are listed there but what about the graphics driver or do I just download it straight from the nvidia website? I've switched to linux on this laptop and I've been wondering if its a Retail or an OEM, I've been thinking of to switch back to windows because now I think linux dosen't suit my needs. I need this information, I don't mind having unactivated windows but i would mostly prefer activated windows. Is activation tied to hardware so that when I switch back it'll be activated or not? Any answer?
