I see that it’s using the integrated graphics but I do not want it to do that I want it to use the dedicated gpu , is there a way to change this? In the nvidia control panel it dosent show the display settings and I want it to do that so I can change some certain things. Thank you.

So I have a crawler e30 and the problem is that (md62547) when I try to change my refresh rate to 144hz, it doesn't let me even though I have a 144hz laptop. (The only option is 60hz and I can change it but the only option is 60hz) Can anyone help me or maybe correct me if I am wrong? I see that a crawler e30 has a 144hz screen? Am I wrong?

I see people having a setup.exe file but I don't see that. I'm having trouble trying to install my wifi drivers. I really want to get back playing games so can someone please explain how to actually do this. (I'm not very new I've switched from windows to Linux to windows) (idk why this is happening because Linux was fine with wifi but wifi isn't working now) also it says a lot of unknown drivers something like this,

Hey do you go onto another computer and you download it onto a drive and then what you do? Also I don’t have things like nvidia or the sound thing and the LED installed, ik some of them are listed there but what about the graphics driver or do I just download it straight from the nvidia website? I've switched to linux on this laptop and I've been wondering if its a Retail or an OEM, I've been thinking of to switch back to windows because now I think linux dosen't suit my needs. I need this information, I don't mind having unactivated windows but i would mostly prefer activated windows. Is activation tied to hardware so that when I switch back it'll be activated or not? Any answer?
