Thank you @Fishtown - I'm not entirely sure if the RCD fixed it, but it's fixed now! I planned to contact support, but first I tried the RCD that you suggested. I left the TV off at the socket for 15min. When I turned it back on the problem was still there. I contacted support and got an email back really quickly, maybe 90mins after sending them the issue. They recommended a factory reset before starting the returns process, but when I turned the TV on to do the reset, the screen was back to normal. I did the factory reset anyway. I don't think that they could have sent any sort of fix remotely once they had the serial number, so I think it must be the RCD that did it. Thanks for your help 🙂
