Thanks @Fishtown . S mode is switched off. The mic is enabled in Settings / Input device but i'm not sure what you mean by entered as standard? I've ran Troubleshooting but it's not brought anything up, I'm afraid. ... View more

Hi @Fishtown, I think there was an update about 2-3 weeks ago. I've looked in Device Manager and there's no exclamation marks or any indication that there's anything wrong with the mic. I ran diagnosis on the Medion Service app and again it said all was fine. I've installed that driver package and it was succesfull with 7 out of 12. I'll paste the log on the end of this message. I restarted but still nothing from the inbuilt mic. Thanks for replying. There are 2 entries for HID Compliant Mouse in Device Manager and I've tried updating both. The touchpad still doesn't work - have you any ideas? ... View more
