Hi SerialNo    A few things id try are below,    1. Ensure windows is fully up to date. A lot of drivers are obtained via windows updates so if any are missing, updating is a sure way to get them back.  2. Check the device managed for the HID drivers. Check to see if any are missing or if any errors are present. If so, check the Hardware ID's to find out which driver is required.  3. Does the caps lock / number lock light up when enabled? If not, it could be hardware related.  4. If all else fails a full factory reset using the F11 recovery button on boot.    Thanks!  ... Afficher plus
