Great thanks for the good explanation! I have the Recon P10. By moving I mean the original 512gb 512 GB Phison PS3111-S11 B27 SSD from the m.2_1 in the m.2_2 and that was not working. I see the m.2_1 and m.2_2 on the mainbord itself. So it’s clear now that i only can use a PCIe M.2 SSD in the m.2_2 slot. So I must buy a PCIe M.2 SSD to get it working. Which PCI express gen is it? 3.0?

Hi P1a5ma, Since nothing but the on-screen keyboard has been shown to work, I'm finally taking the laptop in for official service. It may well be that the keyboard is defective from the factory. Thank you very much for your concern and have a nice day. PS: Regarding downloads and other issues, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, like a lottery 😞

Hi Tomtheman, The clips under the keys are very fragile and if they snap usually require a entire new keyboard replacement. Id recommend checking the medion service shop for a replacement keyboard. https://www.medion.com/medionserviceshop/welcome?lang=en
