Medion Life X14325 (MD 33030) Strange screen duplication on TV

Hi, this morning i put on the TV, there was an update. Since then, i have duplication of all inputs (android home screen, HDMI4 tv signal, etc...)

So i have  double screen (see this image: https://imgur.com/a/hKWpOfU )

I've read about secret settings (motherboard settings?) available through some codes (eg 1147) in the normal settings menu but cannot get into such thing to fix this. 

Also, how would i be able to rollback the update? 

Customer support is not available by phone, and the support section of the medion website is under construction. 
Any help would be truly appreciated!

Sorry, exact model is X15587 (MD 31555)

Can anyone link me to the previous firmware for download (i want to try manually with USB stick method)
