Medion erazer X25-MD laptop with HP USB-C G5 dock

Hello,

I have the Medion erazer X25-MD (62475) Laptop and for my work I have the HP USB-C G5 docking system.

is there a way for them to work together, I know the DP+ in the back does not work for the usb-c but I have tried a smal usb-c to usb head but that just givesa message telling me it might not work for display.

Please tell me I can make them work together, even if I have to buy a converter.

or if you have another docking station which works both with this laptop and my HP EliteBook 650
