Can't Find Software For MEDION LIFE X88187

On a previous device I had installed some software off of the MEDION service website to control the mouse's RGB and DPI profiles. But I can't find the software anymore. I would really like to be able to download the software again unless there is another way to control the RGB/DPI profiles.

Any ideas?

When I press the software link that you have provided it opens a new tap then deletes the tab and nothing gets downloaded. Any ideas?

I have passed on a note to the moderators about storing the software and operating instructions on the Medion service page.
@Benh Can it be that it is not called X88187, but X81087 with the MD88187?
