I'm considering installing Windows 11 on my older PC which has a Core i3 processor and DDR3 RAM. I'm unsure if this setup meets the requirements and if the performance will be acceptable. so I have a very simple question.

Can I install and run Windows 11 on a PC with a Core i3 processor and DDR3 Memory?

You should run the Microsoft Compatibility Test  for Windows 11.
