I'm helping a friend of mine who bought a Medion laptop (MSN30035772) from Krëfel in Belgium yesterday.
When I try to activate Windows 11 I get an error message that it cannot be activated because the key is wrong because it is already used on another computer.
Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

Hi, I do hink this is not a matter for the forum. The forum is not a Service institution from Medion. The forum is meant for user helping user. In this case no user can help you.
Your friend should go back to Krefel and they have to solve the problem.
Or register directly with the Medion service hotline in Belgium.

I'm sorry, I should have thought of that.
I brought it back to Krëfel this morning, they couldn't activate it either so they took it back and I can pick up another new laptop next Monday.
I appreciate Krëfel's service but my trust in Medion has been seriously damaged.
Anyway, I will close the topic as resolved.
