Hi Guys,
I have a BS560H6-EM2 mother board which came with 16gb RAM. I installed more RAM yesterday but can't seem to set the RAM speed to 3200Mhz. I think I need to update my BIOS but there are no downloads listed on the product section of your website. I have never updated a BIOS before and I do not really know where to start, even if I can actually get an updated version. Can anyone help me please?

Hello @MegasStevros and welcome.
Give me the MSN number of the computer.
What is the clock speed of the new RAM?
Is it XMP memory? This is not supported.
This OEM board does not support XMP profiles!
You can only use RAM that meets the JEDEC specifications (e.g., 3200MHz, but only at 1.2V).
For XMP RAM, JEDEC usually only supports 21333 or 2666MHz.

Thank you, I have been on forums all morning trying to get to the bottom of this and as it turns out my processor (i5-10400) is not capable of running RAM at 3200Mhz anyway, so apologies but I think I am wasting your time.
