MEDION AKOYA P6645 (MD 61361) UK

Guys, have had the above laptop for a month or so without issue. Last day or so been getting the error above and laptop won’t connect to WIFI. 
have tried various suggestions from rebooting via bios, to uninstalling from device manager. Some worked for longer than others but issue is still occurring.
Anyone any ideas? Bearing in mind I’m not very techy?

it would be a good start to have the MSN number of your product, which is an eight-digits number printed in the label with the medion logo on it.

Also, what have you already tried and what has worked?

Laptop has now totally failed. So waiting for MEDION or ebuyer to get back to me regarding return/repair.
