Monitor flickers

Hello everybody

I have Medion Akoya P6402 lapton and untill now it was working perfectly. Unfotunately lately I have following problem: 

After sleep mode, monitor starts to flicker. It is flickering also when I shake the monitor.

It flickers with battery or without.

Screen refresh rate is set to 60Herz.

Does anyone know if this could a mechanical problem or software problem (adjustable) and if it is solvable?

Hi @MilosM ,

please download and run the Medion Service App from our service website.

If it does not find any issue, you can try to reset your unit to the factory settings, but please be aware it will erase your data and uninstall many software, so you have to back up your data first and make sure you can recover all the software and their log in credentials.

If this procedure does not work, then it may be a hardware fault.
