I am trying to connect and use a printer (Canon Pixma MG2550S) to my Medion e14409. The printer works with other laptops but I cannot get it to work with the Medion. I think a part of the issue may be that I do not find a USB port to connect it too, all I can find are LPT1-3: (printer port), COM1-4: (serial port), File: (print to file), nul (local port), and PORTPROMPT: (local port).
I have tried both to download and manually install the printer drivers, and to do it automatically through the canon site without success.
Does anyone know which port I should connect to the printer or do I have to create a new port (and if so, how should I do that)?

Hello @Anders781 and welcome
I don't quite understand the translation?
Is the printer connected to the E14409 with a MediaRange printer cable / USB(M) - USB Type B(M)
and is the Canon software and driver installed?

You can also connect the printer to the network, for example to the router, but the software should also be installed on the laptop there.

Yes, to both questions.
Ohh, I just discovered that windows ran in s mode. This makes it so that only Microsoft store apps can be used. I have disabled it and now the printer works with Medion e14409.
Thank you for your help.
