Hi,

My charger is not working anymore, I tried to get one with Medion Uk serviceshop, but they don't have it in stock. I contacted them twice, and confirmed that they don't have msn40063264 in stock, and advised me to go on ebay or amazon. there is no charger available on tboth websites. I tried IPC who seems to have it, but they replied that they don't post to the UK. Any idea guys on how to sort this out?

Exactly, unfortunately, the size of the original plug is not stored in the database.

Last question, it says : Plug Size: 5.5mm*2.5mm. Does it mean that the plug size is 2.5mm diameter?
