Hi, My charger is not working anymore, I tried to get one with Medion Uk serviceshop, but they don't have it in stock. I contacted them twice, and confirmed that they don't have msn40063264 in stock, and advised me to go on ebay or amazon. there is no charger available on tboth websites. I tried IPC who seems to have it, but they replied that they don't post to the UK. Any idea guys on how to sort this out? Thank youi

hi all, i have got in touch with customer service, I was told that my laptop would be arrange a pick up on friday, in my account I can see 1 service orders with my laptop and a green button saying goods receipt. could you help with what to do now to get it picked up and repaired? thank you
