I want to upgrade ssd (i just have 128gb) and ram memory. 

Just checked with a few programs (CPU Z) and show the laptop have 2 slots for ram, one slots are occupated with 4gb and one free.

I want to know, what type of ssd are compatible and where are the ram (both slots located

Play a bit in the Realtek app settings. You can change the equalizer a bit to get a better sound.
