Hi

The second row of the keyboard, the one for numbers and special characters, does not work after the latest W11 update. I have uninstalled and formatted and it doesn't solve it. I can't find keyboard drivers on Medion's website. Any solution, please?

Hello again. I have tried with these drivers, but it still doesn't work... I have reinstalled W7 once again and now some keys work, but incorrectly. 1 writes "º1", 4 "54", 5 "54", 6 "67"... Only 3 and 9 work correctly. I don't know what else to try!

are you aware that the laptop originally was shipped with Windows 10 OS? I´m asking, because you mentioned the instaaltion of Windows 7.

No, it originally came with W7, later I upgraded to W10 and later W11...
