Fn and Ctrl key are in the wrong place (Akoya E1311)

Bought replacement keyboard, so now it looks right, but unfortunately this seems to be a BIOS issue. Didn't find a bios update either. Fn key doesn't show up in the OS so I'm pretty sure I need a different BIOS with more than five settings to fix this. So, is there one? Or maybe some other way I'm not aware of?
