Cannot add second monitor to Medion Akoya S3409

Hello

I am trying to add a second monitor to my Medion Akoya notebook (S3409).  It has only one HDMI port and so I bought a Mokin USB-C Hub which has two additional HDMI ports and a few more USB ports too.  Unfortunately it doesn't work, the second monitor remains blank and I just get the message 'Display Connection might be limited'.  What do I need to do in order to be able to use a second monitor?

Many thanks

@Bluberry

Hello, I am sorrry, but you only can add an exterenal montor via the HDMI output port.

The USB C Port gives no video out signals.

Look in the manual Chapter 9.2 Page 24.

Cheers, daddle
