Good morning everyone, I just bought a laptop called  medion ERAZER BEAST X20, this is the only information I can get, it was completely formatted, I don't have drivers, my question is how can I install the camera and another lens that I see on its side, please help me, I can barely see the serial number and the MD only shows 3003xxxx, I don't know how to see the other numbers, please help

Read this please:

Check first in Bios for I/O access. With my Laptop bios it is on the page Security -->  I/O Interface -->  USB  Interface. I can  lock the camera access separately. the same with Bluetooth, Card Reader etc,  LAN or WiFi  also.

But not every Bios has this possibilities.

The other  question is if you activated the camera in Windows Settings.

Go to settings --> search for camera -> Privacy settings  --> activate "Allow acccess to camera"; and second  on the same page -->  "Allow apps to  access your camera".
