@daddle Hello and thanks for continuing help me, i went into the pc's bios and took the photo shown here... as you can see, the digit 8 is still missing and nothing appears under the Consumer SKU i don't understand or perhaps i should update the bios? if so... where can i find the software to download for update the bios??

@daddle Thanks for your prompt response, on the sides of the computer there is no button to turn on or off, i read in one of the comments that some guy also couldn't see his camera and that a software called Medion Control Center was required to turn the camera on, after he was able to turn it on, the camera drivers were finally installed, but despite having downloaded the program called Medion Control Center and now being able to configure many things on the computer including the keyboard lights,but i still haven't turned on the camera

@daddle please excuse me, i'm not very good at using the page, and i used the traslator, so when i copied and pasted it came out like this... Regarding your questions: the device is used... the disk is new and doesn't have the driver directory... what i want to know is where i can find the drivers for the camera and how to activate it because it doesn't appear in the device manager... I know that the MSN must have 8 digits but it doesn't appear to me, i did what you told me about putting MSINFO32.exe and i get what i show you in the image and i wrote it in german because i used a translator because i thought you'd understand me better that way... sorry

Danke für die Antwort. Das Problem ist, dass die Festplatte gewechselt wurde. Im Windows Explorer wird nur C: angezeigt. Ich habe mehrere Programme installiert und konnte so die Modellnummer finden: GM7TN7P2213003501. Aber ich kann zumindest das Kameragerät nicht sehen und ich kann auch den Treiber nicht abrufen.
