Why is my washing machine drawing too little or no water?

Check the following causes:

• Check whether the water tap is fully turned on and the pipe is also carrying water.
• Then check whether the inlet hose is kinked at one point and straighten the kink if necessary.
• The aquastop can also block. You can see this by the discolouration of the small window on the aquastop. If this is the case, close the valve and unscrew the aquastop so that the lock is released. You can then reattach it to the valve and use the machine as usual.
