There are several sources that may cause the lack of SAT reception such as a broken LNB, an obstructed SAT dish after a storm, broken cables, etc.
By connecting another device (TV with receiver or only receiver), you can see if a signal arrives at your devices. If no signal is received, we recommend in this case to check the SAT installation (SAT dish, LNB, wiring, wall socket, etc.).
Once you have made sure that a signal is being transmitted, please check the SAT settings in the menu of your MEDION device, e.g. which satellite, which DiSEqC settings, which Unicable value, etc. Compare the required values and settings from the documents to your SAT system and transfer them to your MEDION product, as described in the manual.
