Why do I have no reception over the cable connection (DVB-C)?
Please check first whether the right signal source, e.g. TV or digital cable is selected.
If the setting of the signal source is correct, the antenna cable may not be attached to the correct antenna connection (not in the SAT cable screw connection on the device).
There may be no signal on your device. Either the cable or the antenna socket in the wall is defective. To test this first use another antenna cable and reconnect your device. To rule out the product, try another device.
