My device does not receive HDTV channels, what can I do?

Answer

There could be several reasons why there is no HDTV signal. The following notes will help you to set up the HDTV signal:
 
Make sure that when setting up your program channels, you have not limited the search to SD (Standard Definition) channels. To be sure this has not been done, a first time installation or channel search should be performed again without any restrictions.
Next go through the program list to see if the HD channels are available, channels can be in any order on the channel list so please check the complete list.

If the signal strength is low you should check with the signal strength of your SAT system to see if it can be increased.

If there is good signal strength we recommend that you again carry out a station search and check the entire program list top to bottom.
