What can I do if the door of the washing machine does not open?

Answer

First, make sure that there is no more water in the machine. To do this, set the Pump down program via the program selector switch. If this is not successful, the water must be drained via the emergency drainage or the lint filter. The door should be released after the machine has been switched off or de-energized for approx. 4-5 minutes.
