Please follow the list below:

• Disconnect the device from the power supply and then pull out the power plug.
• Unscrew the F-connector (satellite connection cable) from the device (pull it if necessary, if only plugged in).
• Switch on the device again without connection to the satellite system.
• Now the error message Tuner overload should have disappeared.

The cause may be a short circuit at the F-Connector.

Please reattach the F-connector to the coaxial cable.

If the error still occurs, then please troubleshoot the signal feed line (F-connector on LNB, multi-switch, socket, etc.).
