major x20 md62520 battery and gpu wattage problem

Hi everyone, I bought a new notebook medion erazer major x20 md 62520 (MSN30035496) and I'm encountering two problems: 1- the battery not charging specifically, the battery is always at 0% and as soon as I connect the charger the red LED flashes for a few minutes, then remains solid red for a few more minutes and then turns off. The charger works correctly because I tried with a voltmeter and 19.9v comes out as expected
2- there are problems with the in-game wattage of the RTX 4070 video card which does not go beyond 30W of power causing low fps. I checked that the various driver and Windows settings were set correctly or even set "maximum performance" but nothing changed.Another strange thing is that the GPU clock in the menu is correct while in game it drops, and vice versa the percentage of clock usage. Could it be bios related? (i'm on bios 1.07med02 and ec 0.30). Can i eventually update bios to gmxpx7xn109med06 and ec GMxPXxx_11.600?

The battery problem doesn't bother me by always using it connected to the AC but I would like to solve the gpu wattage problem as long as it is not related to the battery problem which perhaps does not receive enough voltage to recharge and make the whole thing work properly.

Hi @gasparex & @SolidSnake and sorry for the late reply.

First of all we need to ensure, that both of you have the recent bios version running. 
The installation of the N 1.08MED04 in combination with EC 1.07.00 obviously helped and had been linked in this post including an installation guide.

Moreover there is also a version N1.09MED06_EC_1.16.00 available, which can be downloaded here but this would be the 2nd step

+++Installation V N1.09MED06+++
1. Donwload and unzip the file
2. Navigate to the Folder Bios/FirmwareUpdate in Windows environment
3. Right click the file GMxPX7xN109MED06.inf and choose install from the context menue
Machine has to be rebooted for the changes to become effective. Further feedback is really appreciated.

thanks for quick response tom really give me some hope... ive tried to follow the steps but where i get the shell uefi?? ive always doing bios update from bios this new for me.... i dont understand how i should update  @Major_ToM @SolidSnake @ago89 @daddle

Io conosco il problema del fatto che la batteria non viene caricata ma vorrei prima sapere se tramite l'assistenza hai risolto. @SolidSnake

Ancora devo spedirlo in assistenza, aspetto che mi inviano l'etichetta per la spedizione e, come ho già detto, ho aggiornato il BIOS e l'EC ma il problema è rimasto uguale.

Sono felice che tu mi abbia risposto. Io invece credo che lo restituirò. Adesso ti spiego cosa c'è di preciso che non va. Ho aperto il portatile e ho fatto alcune misurazioni con il tester. Ci sono 2 linee di voltaggio che arrivano alla batteria una è da 16v (quella che serve per caricare la batteria) e un altra è da 3v( comunicazione scheda madre batteria). Purtroppo la linea da 16v non arriva completamente ai connettori della batteria. Avevo anche sentito un leggerissimo odore di bruciato nei pressi della batteria ma non sono riuscito ad individuare il componente rotto. Che peccato il portatile sembra veramente bello. Ma il danno è molto grave. @SolidSnake
