Medion Crawler E40 stuck on boot screen

Hi, 

My laptop won't move beyond the boot screen. The SSD is fine, I put it in another laptop and it worked. I tried booting from a USB too and that refuses to move beyond the boot screen either. 

Any ideas?

Looking at the BIOS it says SATA Drive 0 is missing.

in your first post a month ago you wanted to remove the back wall. Why?

the entry in the bios is correct because an ssd PCIe is installed.
Is that the original SSD or did they put a different one in?
you have a second m.2 slot, have you tried the card there too?
